The equipment has been working fine. The only problem I have is that when I received the equipment, it came on a cardboard box. The card box has been damaged and deteriorated..... It would be beneficial if there is a case or storage bag that is available on the market for this AW401 equipment. I am still looking for the case or storage bag somewhere...
We purchased this unit to take on a two week camping trip this summer, about half the time will be primitive camping. We intend to use it as a charger for cell phones and to use the water pump for showers. The AW401 charges fairly quickly and is light weight compared to some other power stations. The tire inflator works great. I tried to use the water pump to drain a hot tub but it was not drawing water. I called the support number and a friendly person told me of a procedure to perform once that should rectify. He was right. Too bad they don’t include this in the user manual. So far so good with this device.

The case looks small, but the jump starter and accessories fit perfectly. It’s very sturdy and fits great under my back seat.

Wanted a lithium iron phosphate unit, and this is one of the few available. It is nicely put together, and so far so good in starting a car. Only used once so far, but it was on a really dead battery. Had to use "force" mode, which worked great.

Has plenty of power and will crank anything I have multiple times on 1 charge. Air compressor works perfectly and quickly. Light is little too bright for what I would use it for but that is really not a bad thing. Bright digital display. Lot of technology in a small device. Smaller than what I was expecting anyway.
